After
the delivery of a MM&P unit is when our customer service begins. We feel
it is our responsibility to have our clients achieve every desired goal
in each of their visits. No distance is too far , and we are just a plane
ride away. We follow the condition of our vehicles with customer service
calls and maintenance
visits. Many times in order to evaluate the on road operation
of a vehicle, MM&P will send a representative to accompany the unit's
attendant for road
trips from one event to the next. In order to head off potential
problems, we include a training trip session
upon delivery and, when possible, accompany the vehicle on its first visit.
